Since 2005, we have been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder, providing evidence‑based medication assisted treatment (MAT) to help people start their path to recovery. We serve over 26,500 patients across outpatient and office‑based clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Position:
Dosing Nurse

Day in the Life:

  • Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical provider’s orders.
  • Dispense daily and take‑home medication during the dosing window.
  • Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, including assessment for impairment and medication count.
  • Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.
  • Participate in nursing team meetings and cross‑treatment meetings.
  • Connect with patients, offering empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.
Education & Experience
  • Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which they will be practicing, or a multi‑state compact status license.
  • License must be in good standing, unencumbered, and active.
  • If applicable, disciplinary actions documented on any license will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
  • 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience drawing blood from collapsed veins, is a plus.
  • Active and current CPR or BLS certification preferred.
Schedule

Monday‑Friday; 4:30am–12:30pm. Consistent schedule with no 12‑hour shifts, 2nd or 3rd shifts, or on‑call duties.
