The position involves working a night shift, specifically 3 shifts of 12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, based on needs.

This role requires the delivery of acute nursing care to adult patients in observation status and inpatient overflow, focusing on conditions such as chest pain, cardiac arrhythmias, diabetes, syncope, permanent pacemaker insertion, strokes, pneumonia, heart failure, COPD, sepsis, and GI bleed. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient‑specific plans of care and coordinate testing and procedures.

• Monitor cardiac telemetry and manage dysrhythmias.
• Provide patient assessment and coordination of care.
• Administer medications and IV infusions in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and specialty services.
• Perform special procedures such as thoracentesis and paracentesis.

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant nursing role.
• At least 1 year of EPIC electronic medical record experience.

Pay based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
