Compensation

• The hourly rate is $15 - $28 per hour, equal or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

Meat/Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, maintain food safety standards, move incoming merchandise to sales floor and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
