Home Repair Technician

Heritage Home Services is a local home repair service based out of Oconee County, SC. We provide a wide range of home repair services to property owners and managers throughout Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina. Services include window & door repairs, finish carpentry, deck repair, cabinet installation, apartment renovation, and other general maintenance repairs. Plumbing and electrical experience not required.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in the home repair industry. Experience is helpful but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate for the role.

• Complete basic home repairs and maintenance requests
• Assist with window/door repairs and replacements
• Assist with small remodeling projects
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship
• Communicate professionally with clients and residents
• Follow company safety procedures

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Basic knowledge of common hand and power tools

• Experience with carpentry or home repairs
• Window or door installation/repair experience
• Maintenance or construction background

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented
