Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

HTI is recruiting for Maintenance Technicians on behalf of a growing manufacturer in Seneca, SC. Due to continued growth and increased production demands, our client is adding maintenance professionals on both 2nd and 3rd shift.

If you're a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and working in a stable manufacturing environment, we'd like to speak with you.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You Need
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience

  • Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment issues

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Ability to work independently on an off-shift

Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC equipment maintenance experience

  • CMMS experience

  • Welding and fabrication skills

  • Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field

  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures

What Your Role Will Look Like
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities

  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests

  • Install and commission new equipment as needed

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders

  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to keep operations running efficiently

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
