Media & Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce photography, videography, videos and digital/print publicity materials.
• Manage social media and digital communication content.
• Support school events, live streaming and multimedia production.
• Assist with digital learning, media literacy and EdTech programmes.
• Maintain digital media assets and multimedia equipment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams on creative media projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Media, Communications, Design, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing and graphic design.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and digital media platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an educational environment would be an advantage.

Duration/

Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
