Location:
Sequim, WA Pay: $23-$28 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule:
40+ hours weekly | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PMBe the first friendly voice our customers hear!

We're Looking For At least 2 years of customer service, scheduling, or office support experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
Comfortable using computers and learning new softwareHVAC industry experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person

Your Day-to-Day Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes
Communicate schedule updates and appointment details
Enter job information and maintain accurate records
