Work with a private, locally owned organization dedicated to delivering medical equipment and support to patients. As a front‑line team member, you will help ensure essential equipment reaches people facing life‑altering injuries, illnesses, or end‑of‑life challenges.

• Serve as a front‑line team member interacting with referrals and patients via phone and in store.
• Recommend medical equipment and complete necessary documentation.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• File, fax, scan, and perform data entry.
• Assist walk‑in customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service experience.
• Administrative and office experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer and office equipment proficiency.
• Willingness to grow and learn.
• Desire to follow a Service‑First mentality.
• People skills with emphasis on communication, planning, and personal accountability.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working in an office setting.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment is a plus.

Full‑time schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Match Retirement, and Generous Paid Time Off.
