* JOB DESCRIPTION:

** Evaluate, diagnose, treat, provide consultation and care to pediatric patients presenting with general medical problems and chronic medical conditions.
*** EDUCATION
* ** Graduate of an accredited medical school.  Maintains appropriate Continuing Medical Education credits per Washington State and OMC Medical Staff requirements.
*** EXPERIENCE
* ** Two or more years of pediatric medicine experience preferred.
*** LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS
**** Board certified by the applicable ABMS Board or active participant in the examination process leading to certification in Pediatrics and area of sub-specialty (if any). Recertifies at appropriate intervals per specialty board requirements.
* Maintains an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington.
* Maintains current DEA registration.
* Maintains appropriate privileges and membership on the OMC Medical Staff, which necessitates staying current on required certifications, including but not limited to Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
