  • Active state licensure in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in school-based settings and/or home health environments

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and IEP goals
  • Provide direct OT services to students, both individually and in small groups, within the school setting
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school support personnel to promote student progress and ensure holistic care
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports for each student
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
  • Promote student independence, participation, and success across both academic and daily living activities
