Kalesta Healthcare Group is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to evaluate, treat, and monitor residents with cardiopulmonary conditions in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehab setting. The RT collaborates with nursing, physicians, and the Interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
You will manage ventilator support where applicable, oxygen therapy, nebulizers, pulmonary hygiene, and education, while documenting in the EMR and supporting discharge planning.
