Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:45 pm-5:30 pm
Pay: $25-$29/hour

As an RBT/CBT, you'll work one‑on‑one with children using evidence‑based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate‑level BCBA!!

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy
Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
Track and document client progress
Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

What You Bring

High school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience working with children
A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
Reliable transportation
RBT/CBT certification (or 40‑hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
Active CPR certification

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
