Job Purpose

The Registered Nurse at KALESTA HEALTHCARE GROUP is responsible for providing high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with established standards and practices. The role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a caring and empathetic environment.
  • Stay updated with current nursing practices and healthcare advancements through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications Required Education
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Required Experience
  • Experience in patient care management and coordination.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation.
