• Be a Knowledgeable Guide: share passion and expertise about outdoor activities, products, and destinations to help customers find what they need.
• Maintain an Inviting Space: keep the department clean, organized, and well‑stocked.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical activity: standing, lifting up to 20 lbs, on feet for extended periods.
• Comprehensive training provided; no prior experience required.

• Hourly wage $17.13–$18.00
