Customer Service Associate

Schedule and Location

Part‑time, 990E Washington St., Sequim, Washington 98382‑3517.

• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish stock according to productivity standards.
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments (highly preferred).
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents (required).
• Physical ability to lift 30‑50lbs. from floor to shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills (required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills (required).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills (required).
