Job Description

• Ensure the store is stocked and ready for business every day.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move material from the receiving area throughout the store.
• May operate forklifts.
• Maintain proper on-hand inventory and pricing for customers.
• Provide direct customer service and interaction.

• Freight Team Associate: $20.50
• Receiving Associate: $19.50

Job requirements include excellent customer service skills, ability to lift and move materials, and forklift operation capability if required.

1 Salaried associates are eligible for 2 weeks of vacation in their first year; full-time hourly employees will be eligible for 40 hours of paid vacation after 6 months of continuous service; part-time employees will be eligible for 20 hours of paid vacation after 6 months of continuous service; temporary associates are not eligible for vacation benefits.

2 Sick time schedule: (Washington State, Spokane, and Tacoma) Salary and temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked; full-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; part-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time every 40 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.

(Seattle) Salary and temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked; full-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time every 30 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater; part-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time every 30 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.
