Front Desk Representative

Astound seeks a Front Counter Representative to support our Sales & Business Development team in telecommunications. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, promoting Astound's internet, phone, and cable services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending solutions, processing orders and payments, and resolving basic service issues. You'll help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
