Delivery Truck Driver - Non CDL

Job Summary

Ferguson is seeking a reliable truck driver to deliver materials to customers, assist with loading and unloading, and support the warehouse team. This is a Monday‑through‑Friday position (7:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.) with opportunities for overtime.

• Deliver materials to customers, ensuring delivery tickets are signed and items are accounted for.
• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product matching for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; fuel the truck as needed and report any issues to a supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and a safety harness (maximum weight capacity 400lbs).
• Work overtime as required.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and current DOT Medical card.
• Experience with DOT regulations and warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, and delivery) is a plus.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lb.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of iPads.
