Supervisor Floor

The Floor Supervisor's at Toko Bakmi Kita is Responsibility for ensuring efficient daily operations, overseeing team performance, managing work schedules, ensuring compliance with procedures, resolving operational issues, and acting as a bridge between management and staff to achieve company targets, including managing resources, inventory Daily or Monthly, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, mentor, evaluate performance, provide feedback, resolve issues, and maintain morale within the Front of House (FOH) & Back Of House (BOH) team.
• Ensure all tasks are executed to standards, efficiently, and with high quality by the FOH & BOH team.
• Develop work schedules, set priorities, and allocate resources within the FOH & BOH division.
• Monitor inventory, ensure availability, and control the flow of incoming and outgoing goods (especially in the warehouse/store).
• Identify ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and reduce waste.
• Prepare daily/periodic reports on sales, performance, and target achievement.
• Serve as a liaison between management and staff, and handle customer complaints.
• work on daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Manage front-of-house (FOH) & Back-of-house (BOH) staff, ensure smooth service, and monitor food/beverage quality.

• Applicants Must be no older than 37 years
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, or 2 years as a Restaurant Manager (F&B background required).
