- Pengalaman di bidang telesales/telemarketing (lebih disukai jika di industri pembiayaan/perbankan syariah)
- Komunikatif, persuasif, dan berorientasi pada target
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mencapai target penjualan
