Overview

Contract Period:
From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
Option to Extend: 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028.
Working Hours- Mon: 7:15 am – 4:00 pm (incl. 1 hr lunch)
- Tue–Thu: 7:15 am – 4:00 pm (incl. 1 hr lunch)
- Fri: 7:15 am – 2:45 pm (incl. 1 hr lunch)
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Responsibilities- Financial assistance and bursary support
- Assist in basic clerical tasks checking document completeness.
- Assist in financial assistance and bursary enquiries.
- Inform parents of application outcomes and distribute approval letters.
- Assist in obtaining endorsements for other financial assistance and bursary applications.
- Front desk and communication services
- Handle counter service and manage telephone enquiries; relay messages to relevant personnel.
- Attend to sick/injured students.
- Contact parents and obtain yellow slip for early dismissal.
- Collect mobile phones from students on detention.
- Data entry work
- Perform data entry to support administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate records of lost/found items, sick bay, and early releases.
- Update stationery/paper inventory.
- Scan and Whats App updates of late‑coming students geturjoy.
- Office organisation and maintenance
- Housekeep front desk area to remain orderly and professional.
- Issue and record uniforms on loan to students; ensure timely return in good order.
- Keep cupboards in the General Office clean and tidy (stationeries and uniform).
- Disposal of unclaimed lost and found items.
- Spring‑cleaning of the General Office during school breaks.
- Document management and distribution
- Distribute hard‑copy mails to designated recipients timely.
- Ensure items for distribution are cleared and collected.
- Obtain GRO signage of Delivery Orders, inform teachers, fill DO, ensure correct collection.
- Issue Report Books to students as per teachers’ instructions.
- Issue graduation certificates to graduated students.
- Contact students for ad‑hoc NRIC collection.

- Help pack items according to classes for distribution, whether for school events or collaterals.
The personnel shall minimally have a PSLE certificate and should preferably have 1 year experience in school office administrative duties.
