Mon – Thur – 8.30am – 6pm, Fri – 8.30am – 5.30pm.
Responsibilities- Play a key role in expanding and strengthening client’s network footprint by securing and managing site acquisition and access for mobile network equipment/ infrastructure in buildings.
- Build and cultivate strong partnerships with building owners, managing agents, government agencies and other stakeholders to support network growth and service excellence.
- Lead stakeholder engagements, site visits and technical discussions to identify opportunities, address challenges and drive successful site acquisition outcomes.
- Drive negotiations for licence agreements, renewals and commercial terms while ensuring alignment with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of site agreements, from approval and documentation to renewal planning and execution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, finance, project management and vendors to deliver network deployment and enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of approvals, agreements, payments and operational matters to support smooth project execution and business continuity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site information, agreements, rental commitments and stakeholder engagements to support operational excellence.
- Stay current with industry developments, regulatory requirements and best practices related to site acquisition and stakeholder management.
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that support the continued growth and success of client’s mobile network business.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in administration, stakeholder management, operations or project coordination will have an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, self-motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a positive mindset and the ability to navigate challenges, embrace change and drive solutions.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong digital literacy and confidence in leveraging technology to improve productivity.
- Receptive to emerging technologies, automation and AI-enabled tools, with a keen interest in adopting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
