Finance Manager (6 to 9 Months Contract)

Contract Period: Immediate start – 30 September 2026
Salary: Up to $8,000
Location: Serangoon North

We are seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a trusted business partner and financial subject matter expert to the Broadband business line. This role will support both Consumer and Business Broadband segments, driving financial performance across revenue growth, profitability, and the expansion of the equipment business.

• Support month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Analyse monthly financial performance, highlighting key variances against budget and forecast for Broadband revenue and equipment margins
• Lead quarterly forecasting cycles, consolidating inputs and performing variance analysis against prior forecasts
• Prepare and review business cases for promotional initiatives to assess financial viability and safeguard overall profitability
• Support product profitability reporting for Broadband and equipment margins, ensuring data accuracy and timely submissions
• Prepare competitor benchmarking and conduct variance analyses for management review
• Assist in reviewing capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests by compiling supporting financial data and justifications
• Support the annual Broadband costing exercise and perform ad-hoc cost simulations under guidance from the finance lead
• Review and monitor relevant balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Managing and aligning expectations across multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Product Development, Consumer FP&A, Group FP&A, and internal/external auditors
• Operating independently as a business partner, making on-the-ground financial decisions with moderate guidance
• Applying professional judgement in assessing business assumptions, interpreting competitor data, and analysing market trends
• Supporting process improvements and implementation of new workflows for a growing equipment business
• Maintaining a high level of accounting and control awareness to guide the business through new services and reporting requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Strong accounting and finance fundamentals
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Experience with accounting and financial systems
• Knowledge of audit objectives and internal controls
• Financial modelling experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Resilient, positive, and professional
• Strong presentation skills; able to simplify complex financial data
