Senior Assistant Programme Executive; Age Well Department - North East

Job Responsibilities Programme & Activities

• Plan, coordinate, conduct and deliver centre-based programmes and activities for seniors
• Coordinate support services and organise activities to promote active ageing

• Participate in community outreach initiatives such as door-knocking
• Recruit seniors and promote AAC programmes within designated residential blocks

• Support partnership-building efforts and participate in networking sessions with community stakeholders

• Engage, coordinate, and manage volunteers for centre programmes and befriending initiatives

• Engage seniors regularly, monitor participation, and identify needs
• Prepare engagement reports and support follow-up actions to address seniors’ needs

• Handle general administrative duties related to centre operations
• Prepare reports and documentation for submission to relevant stakeholders

• Diploma or above
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
• Interest and passion in working with seniors
• IT-savvy with basic digital skills
• Good organisational and administrative skills
