Are you passionate about education, sales, and growing impactful learning solutions? We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow market presence across schools, institutions, government agencies, retail, and digital platforms.

• Drive sales growth through strategic business and marketing plans

• Manage end-to-end sales, marketing, and distribution of educational materials

• Build strong relationships with schools, institutions, partners, and key stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue

• Plan and execute campaigns, events, roadshows, and promotions

• Present value propositions, negotiate deals, and close sales confidently

• Forecast demand, support pricing reviews, and manage supplier coordination

• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and prepare reports

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

• Provide strong after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of the education or publishing ecosystem

• Candidates from learning apps, education platforms, programme management, enrichment centres, music schools, or education tech are highly welcome

• Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
