- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of client accounts
- Act as a point of contact for client communications via phone and email
- Prepare and process new account openings using digital tools (e.g., e‑signature)
- Coordinate account transfers, distributions, and maintenance requests
- Draft correspondence and prepare documentation for clients and financial institutions
- Process financial transactions (ACH, wires, etc.)
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client records with a high level of accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external financial institutions
- Support preparation and distribution of client materials, including quarterly reports
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars using digital tools
- 2+ years of client‑facing administrative or office support experience required
- Experience with in wealth management, financial services, banking, or a CPA firm required
- Experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) required
- Ability to work onsite required
