The US Navy seeks Cryptologic Technicians Interpretive (CTIs) to collect, translate, transcribe and analyze foreign language communications, supporting Fleet and Joint Force commanders worldwide. CTIs provide cultural and language expertise to inform national security and tactical operations.
CTIs undergo Phase I language training in Monterey, Phase II at Goodfellow, and may deploy aboard ships or submarines.
