Wellness Nurse Manager – Part-Time

Location:

Seven Hills, Ohio. Start wage: $30.00–$34.00 per hour. Shift schedule:
Wednesday 7pm-7am.

• Act as Superior Supervisor:
  In the absence of department heads, the position is in charge of the building, leading the Wellness team and other departments.
• Force on the Floor:
  Be available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the needs of a resident first.
• Diligent Documenter:
  Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently, and filed correctly.
• Compassionate Caregiver:
  Exemplify core values ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with them feeling safe and cared for.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within state of employment.
• Provide direct (hands‑on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• Knowledge of requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents.
• Preferred but not required experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents.
• Preferred but not required experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our residents.
• Must be active: ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist persons after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.
