The Chaser Inn sits on the edge of Shipbourne Common, a proper Kent country pub with a busy restaurant, a loyal local following and a steady stream of walkers, families and Sunday lunch regulars. It's one of six pubs in WH Pubs, an independent, family-run award-winning group of food-led country pubs across Kent.
We're looking for a Deputy Manager to work alongside the General Manager and help run the day-to-day.
What you'll be doing
Running shifts front of house, keeping standards high and service moving
Supporting the GM with rotas, stock, ordering and cash-up
Leading, training and motivating the front-of-house team
Building relationships with regulars this is a pub where people know each other
Stepping up to run the site when the GM is off
