Up to £42,000 DOE

• Maintenance, reactive repairs and installations on AHUs, heating pumps, chilled water pumps, pressurisation units, expansion vessels, 3/4 way valves and actuators across commercial properties in Kent.
• Replace pipework; experience with pipe fitting is essential.

• Experience as a Commercial Plumber/Commercial Mechanical Engineer
• Experience working on pumps, AHUs, and associated pipework
• Full Driving Licence
• Live in the Kent area

• Basic Salary £38,000 - £42,000 DOE
• Company Van - Optional personal use of the vehicle
• Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to £3,600 tax free
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• 40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• On call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed - if called out travel paid door to door)

• 23 days' holidays plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years)

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, reactive repairs and installations on HVAC equipment across commercial properties in Kent. The role requires experience with pipework replacement and pipe fitting.
