Regional Recruitment – Sevenoaks (Kent) – required to travel to BN/RH; engineer should live in NE, TN, CT.

RGSetsquare Recruitment is collaborating with FM Companies managing reactive and planned maintenance contracts across the UK.

We are seeking a Gas Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and adhere to maintenance schedules. This is a permanent, non‑freelance role with immediate start.

• Carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance on commercial gas appliances and associated systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs within contractual timescales.
• Support plumbing and basic electrical maintenance tasks where required.
• Complete all relevant documentation and certification accurately and on time.
• Monitor subcontractors on site and issue permits for small works as required.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• City & Guilds Level II/III (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Valid commercial gas qualifications: COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT

• Experience working with HVAC systems, including air handling units.
• Good knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Basic electrical knowledge and plumbing experience.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
