- Experienced Technician: You are a highly skilled, experienced all‑rounder who can literally "do everything" when it comes to diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs.
- A "Can‑Do" Attitude: A positive, solution‑oriented mindset, ready to lead by example, get stuck in, and tackle any challenge.
- A confident, highly qualified Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience) with a strong work ethic and a full UK driving licence.
