Location: Kent

A commercial gas engineer is required to provide installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair for a variety of HVAC solutions including commercial boilers, heating systems, mechanical plant equipment, air conditioning, and chillers. Clients include David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison, and more.

Plan and carry out scheduled and reactive service and maintenance visits, respond to breakdowns, perform fault finding tasks, and conduct repairs on commercial boilers, gas appliances, and general plant room/ mechanical equipment.

• Valid ACS Commercial Gas Tickets (CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1)
• NVQ in Heating & Ventilation
• Reside in the Kent area

• Basic salary £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
• Company van – optional personal use
• Profit share scheme after 12 months’ service – up to £3,600 tax free
• Overtime paid at 1.5×
• 40‑hour working week, travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• On‑call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed – travel paid door-to-door)
