Senior Vehicle Technician - Independent Garage

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 basic salary (Guaranteed & negotiable based on top-level experience)
Location: Near Sevenoaks (Free on-site parking)

• Elite Basic Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 guaranteed per year (fully negotiable based on your top-tier technical level and diagnostic mastery). No relying on stressful, unrealistic bonus schemes.
• Monday to Friday schedule, 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM.
• Strictly no weekends
  —your Saturdays and Sundays are entirely your own.
• 30 days total leave per year (20 days holiday + Bank Holidays).

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing top-tier, modern equipment for deep-level electrical fault finding, advanced troubleshooting, and complex live-data analysis.
• Major Mechanical Projects: Taking ownership of big jobs, including engine rebuilds, complex cambelts, clutches, gearboxes, and suspension overhauls across a highly diverse mix of prestige and modern brands.
• Precision Engineering: Focusing entirely on clean, high-quality craftsmanship, maintaining a spotless workspace, and executing meticulous safety inspections.

• Experience: Top-level experience as a Senior or Diagnostic Technician with extensive mechanical mastery, confident in diagnosing complex faults and executing heavy mechanical repairs.
• Qualifications: Level 3 Qualified Technician (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio of experience).
• Mindset: A master-level technician who takes genuine pride in their craftsmanship, values a clean workspace, and wants a stable, long-term 'forever' home.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
