Vehicle Technician - 5 star independent garage

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 basic salary (Guaranteed & negotiable based on experience)
Location: Near Sevenoaks (Free on-site parking)

• Strong Guaranteed Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 guaranteed per year (fully open and negotiable based on your technical level and diagnostic experience). No relying on stressful, unrealistic bonus schemes.
• Monday to Friday schedule, 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM.
• Strictly no weekends

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilizing top-tier, modern equipment for deep-level electrical fault finding, advanced troubleshooting, and complex live-data analysis.
• Major Mechanical Projects: Taking ownership of "big jobs," including engine rebuilds, complex cambelts, clutches, gearboxes, and suspension overhauls across a highly diverse mix of prestige and modern brands.
• Precision Engineering: Focusing entirely on clean, high-quality craftsmanship, maintaining a spotless workspace, and executing meticulous safety inspections.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with solid mechanical mastery, confident in diagnosing complex faults and executing heavy mechanical repairs.
• Qualifications: Level 3 Qualified Technician (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio of experience).
• Mindset: A skilled technician who takes genuine pride in their craftsmanship, values a clean workspace, and wants a stable, long-term "forever" home.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
