• Salary: Exceptional basic salary between £35,000 and £40,000 (negotiable based on experience).

• The Workflow: High‑volume, fast‑turnaround service work—brakes, tyres, suspension, diagnostics, and servicing. Less heavy engine diagnostic headaches, more high‑volume jobs that rapidly boost your bonus.
• Hours: 08:30 – 17:30. Structured 5‑day working week including Saturdays, with a consistent, guaranteed day off during the week to give you a brilliant, predictable schedule.

• Smashing out routine servicing, brake replacements, suspension work, and tyre fitting efficiently.

• Carrying out thorough vehicle health checks and identifying repair and maintenance work accurately.
• Maintaining a high pace of productivity to smash your targets while keeping safety and quality standards high.
• Working closely with the service desk team to maximize workshop flow and customer turnaround.
