Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 guaranteed base salary, with monthly bonuses that can bring the OTE to £55,000+

Location: Edenbridge Area, state‑of‑the‑art facilities with free secure parking.

Hours: Monday – Friday only. No weekends.

• Major Mechanical Work: engine rebuilds, timing chains, complex clutches and heavy suspension overhauls.
• Advanced Diagnostics: use of multi‑make software platforms to investigate intricate electrical faults and drivability issues.
• Multi‑Make Variety: work on a constantly changing mix of modern daily drivers and premium prestige models.
• Quality First: focus on technical integrity over speed, with sufficient time, space and tooling to complete flawless first‑time fixes.

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair through NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent portfolio of deep, demonstrable workshop experience.
• All‑rounder technical skills with confidence in heavy jobs and a logical approach to diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Reliable team player with pride in clean, honest workmanship and collaboration with elite techs.
• Full UK driving licence.
