Vehicle Technician
Location – Edenbridge
Salary – £32,000 Basic + Bonus
Working Hours – 5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota basis
– 31170
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent workshop in Edenbridge. This role is ideal for a Vehicle Technicianor someone looking to take the next step in their automotive career, offering ongoing training, a supportive team environment and genuine opportunities for long-term progression. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining valuable hands-on experience while developing your technical skills across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

- Carry out servicing and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Assist with mechanical repairs and fault diagnosis.
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify repair requirements.
- Support experienced technicians with more complex repair work.
- Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment while contributing to overall workshop productivity.
- Previous experience within a workshop environment as a Technician, Junior Technician or Trainee Mechanic.
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent) is desirable.
- A genuine passion for the motor trade and a willingness to learn.
- Good mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
