Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 basic per annum (Top-tier market basic pay based on skill level)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM —
STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS (Saturdays and Sundays completely closed) - Perks: 28 days holiday allowance, workplace pension scheme, full uniform provided, and free secure on-site parking

- Workload: Complex diagnostic fault-finding, advanced auto-electrical repairs, engine/gearbox overhauls, and varied mechanical work across all makes and models

Role OverviewSeeking an exceptional Diagnostic Technician / Senior Mechanic with a great personality and drive to tackle complex diagnostic troubleshooting, advanced electrical repairs, and major overhauls across a diverse range of vehicles.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 (or time-served equivalent technical experience).
- Outstanding diagnostic fault-finding, auto-electrical, and complex mechanical repair capabilities.
- Positive attitude, strong team-player mindset, and pride in clean, accurate execution.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
- Base: Otford area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic location with excellent access via the A225, M25 (J4/J5 corridor), and A21.
- Commutable From: Otford, Sevenoaks, Shoreham, Kemsing, Dunton Green, Westerham, Tonbridge, and Orpington.
