Heavy Civil Project Manager

A well-established heavy civil contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic.

This is a serious heavy civil opportunity working on bridges, tunnels, highways, and large-scale infrastructure/P3 projects
.

You'll be responsible for the overall management and performance of major heavy-highway/heavy-civil projects, including:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project budgets, costs, schedules, and overall performance
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle P6
• Manage client, subcontractor, government agency, and stakeholder relationships
• Lead project teams and coordinate closely with field operations

• 7+ years of Project Management experience in heavy highway or heavy civil construction
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience managing large, complex infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
• Experience managing large project teams
