Systems Engineer Principal

What does this role look like?

As a Systems Engineer Principal, you will lead a multi-discipline project team in defining, assessing and implementing mission, sensor and subsystem‑level requirements. Your work will include mission modeling, system and sensor performance assessment, requirements flow‑down, validation through analysis and testing, and briefing internal and external customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics (Master’s preferred)
• Deep experience with electrical/mechanical systems, with a high preference for Space Systems
• Active TS/SCI clearance

• 15+ years in electrical/mechanical systems, with a high preference for Space Systems
• Demonstrated capability to lead a project team in defining, refining and implementing system and subsystem requirements and associated capabilities

This position requires a government security clearance and the candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level: TS/SCI.
