Support Services Specialist; OA) NF

This position is located at the Global Veterinary Medical Practice at Aberdeen Proving Ground South (Edgewood, MD).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Progressively responsible work experience that includes a practical application of the above described or related work experience.
• Must have knowledge of military administrative management policy and procedures.
• Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner and be able to write.
• Must know how to design and manage recurring reports and create and manage electronic databases.
• Must have knowledge of military protocol procedures to plan and execute special events and functions, such as Change of Command ceremonies.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive in the local commuting area.

Highly Preferred Criteria:

• Possess a minimum of 12 months experience as a government purchase card holder.
• Experience working with systems like US Bank, Joint Appointment Module, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, and Standard NAF Automated Contracting System.
