  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • A collaborative team player who’s easy to work with and open to feedback
  • Naturally coachable and loves learning new things
  • Adaptable – things change fast, and you’re not just okay with that, you thrive on it
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency — you don’t wait for opportunities; you create them

    - $38/hr.
    – based on skills and experience

What Is a DSP?

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is someone who provides hands-on support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live as independently and safely as possible—whether at home, in the community, or in specialized care settings.

Think of a DSP as part caregiver, part coach, and part advocate.
