Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Contract Manager.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:

Federal/DoD service contract management.
Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.
Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

Federal/DoD service contract management.
Managing large, multidisciplinary professional services teams.
Staffing, subcontractor management, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and customer relationship management.
Strong executive communication and Government customer-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple functional teams simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience managing work comparable in complexity to the PWS.
Ability to control, coordinate, and direct personnel and subcontractor performance.
Strong written and oral communication.
Must meet Tier 1 personnel security/onboarding requirements.
Travel:
Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

Current or recent DHA/PAE MP program experience.
Current incumbent Contract Manager, Deputy PM, Task Manager, or senior Team Lead.
Experience at Fort Detrick.
DHA medical acquisition/product-development support experience.
PMP or comparable project/program management certification.
Experience managing 50+ FTE federal contracts

The annual salary for this position is $120,000 to $165,000.
