As a Manufacturing Production Scheduler Sr within IGNITE, you will work in the Severn Operations Manufacturing Team and will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules in partnership with Manufacturing Project Managers. This role ensures that project timelines are realistic, resources are allocated efficiently, and all stakeholders have up to date visibility into schedule status. The Scheduler will evaluate schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build detailed master production schedules (MPS) based on project scope, capacity, and material availability.
• Continuously update schedules to reflect changes in demand, resource constraints, or engineering revisions.
• Align project schedules with supply chain, tooling, and workforce plans.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Project Managers to gather status updates, milestone completions, and change requests.
• Facilitate regular schedule review meetings (e.g., weekly "schedule syncs") with cross functional teams.
• Provide clear, concise schedule reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, tools, and data flows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Project
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• 3+ years of scheduling or production planning experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Desired

Skills:

• 5+ years of scheduling or production planning experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with resource planning and leveling of over allocated resources
• Experience tracking metrics for adherence to schedule

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280.
