Basic Qualifications

- Resource & Capacity Planning
- Must have effective verbal and written communication and experience in a customer facing role & coordinating efforts with internal stakeholders
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment as a self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience working in a AS9100 manufacturing environment
- Ability to multi-task working multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance
As a Manufacturing Project Manager within IGNITE, you will work in the Severn Operations Manufacturing Program Management Office providing support to internal and external customers. You will work across a multitude of teams associated with electronics manufacturing. This position will be responsible for production program management that will encompass resource scheduling, material requirements and overall project management. You will also provide project management support to senior level project managers.
Role& Responsibilities
- Primary interface for external customer manufacturing opportunities
- Coordinates with all internal division leads in support of backlogged and forecasted opportunities
- Develops customer requirements, pricing, and schedules, managing projects from contract award to final deliverable
- Oversees design for Manufacturability, Fabrication, and Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR)
- Flow requirements down to each manufacturing work center and track project from kickoff to final delivery
- Ensure on time, on budget delivery, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction
- PMP Certification a plus
- Experience with DFx and MRRs
- Experience with metal fab, CCA assembly, cable assembly, box builds, functional and environmental testing
- Experience with material planning & MRP systems
- Active Secret Clearance
Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
