Pharma Cann, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Farmer to support the Farm department in Maryland. You will execute daily cultivation tasks to meet weekly objectives, maintain plants, and assist leadership in productivity and safety across cultivation spaces.
Responsibilities include training staff, accurate METRC tagging, and contributing to a clean, organized, and compliant cultivation environment. This is a full-time on-site role with variable duties across departments.
