** Beynon Sports Surfaces is seeking a
** Chemical Processor
** to support the production of high-performance polyurethane and specialty surfacing products. This role is critical to ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in our manufacturing process. If you take pride in precision, safety, and hands-on work, this is an opportunity to be part of a team that builds world-class athletic surfaces.
** What You’ll Do
*** Measure, mix, and process chemical formulations according to established specifications
* Operate and monitor processing equipment, reactors, and blending systems
* Ensure accurate batching and documentation of production runs
* Perform quality checks and report any deviations or inconsistencies
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of raw materials and chemicals
* Support continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and quality
** What We’re Looking For
*** Previous experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or industrial production preferred
* Ability to accurately follow formulas, procedures, and work instructions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with processing equipment
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment
* Reliable attendance and ability to start work at
** 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday
*** Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
