Action in Montgomery (AIM) is hiring a Climate Justice Organizer to recruit and train volunteer leaders across Black and brown immigrant communities in Montgomery County and Maryland. You will build people power to address climate justice, health, and housing through relational organizing and community campaigns.
You will lead tenant organizing around climate justice and equity, train leaders, and support broad county/state actions with faith and community partners, aiming for systemic change.
