Registered Nurse – Float Pool – Levindale Hospital

Paid full‑time night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) with weekend commitment. Base pay $37.15–$57.58 per hour, experience based. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, $12/hr department differential.

• Deliver safe, age‑appropriate care to patients across multiple departments.
• Conduct and document thorough patient assessments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum); BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; prior exposure to post‑acute, rehabilitation, or long‑term care preferred.
• Active Maryland RN license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association required).
• Basic computer skills – Cerner, Microsoft Office, Syn Quest.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and nursing processes per MD Nurse Practice Act.
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
